- The time limit for lodging a complaint is 24 months from the date of delivery of the product for private individuals. In the case of legal persons, the manufacturer’s warranty period will apply.
- During the period for lodging a complaint, the Consumer is entitled to have the product repaired free of charge. If the defect is the fault of the manufacturer, all material and manufacturing defects and the cost of labour and spare parts will be covered.
- The basis for lodging a complaint is the proof of purchase.
- The teaching, adjustment, maintenance, cleaning, restoration of the commercial appearance of the product and the remedying of defects caused by failure to comply with the instructions for use are not covered by the claim.
- The right to make a claim does not apply to damage caused during transport after delivery of the product to the buyer.
- The Tactical Shooting Centre will not rectify defects occurring during the period of the right to lodge a complaint, free of charge, if caused by:
- normal wear and tear;
- misuse or improper maintenance
- The Tactical Shooting Centre will rely on an expert examination by an authorised representative to determine liability. If, as a result of the expert examination, it is determined that the defects are caused by the factors listed above, but that a repair is possible, the Consumer shall have the option to order a repair for a fee. A product with liquid/moisture damage and/or mechanical damage shall continue to be subject to repair only on a paid basis.
- An expert examination fee must be paid for the examination of the product if the Tactical Shooting Centre is not responsible for rectifying the defect in the product and it is not possible to repair the product. Similarly, the Consumer shall be liable to pay an expert examination fee if the product does not show any defect as a result of the expert examination (diagnostics) and the product complies with the Tactical Shooting Centre’s specifications.
- The expert fee is waived for private customers for the first six months from the date of purchase.
- If the consumer disagrees with the Tactical Shooting Centre’s position, the consumer must prove that:
- it is a deficiency (based on an expert assessment);
- the defect or the reason for the defect existed at the time of delivery;
- The Tactical Shooting Centre is responsible for the shortage.
- If the Tactical Shooting Centre has issued a sales guarantee for the product, the Tactical Shooting Centre will ensure that defects are remedied in accordance with the terms of the sales guarantee.
- To exercise your right to make a claim, you must visit the Tactical Shooting Centre store at the address on the purchase document or call our customer service number 56880888 and you will be instructed on how to proceed with the product in question.
- In addition to the rights arising from the right to lodge a complaint, the buyer also has all other rights under EU law.
Right of withdrawal
- In accordance with the law of obligations, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchased goods within 14 days of placing the order.
- The gift card is valid for 6 months. You need to book your service at least 3 days in advance.
- Reservations can be cancelled 1 day before the booked time, otherwise the gift card will expire.
- To opt out of the service, you must send a request by e-mail to info@tlk.ee and the money will be refunded within 14 working days to the same account from which the transfer came.
