The DPM Mechanical Recoil Reduction System is an advanced, multi-spring replacement kit engineered specifically for high-performance and competition SIG SAUER P226 X-Five match pistols. Serving as a direct drop-in replacement for the stock factory guide rod and recoil spring, this interior modification does not alter the firearm’s external dimensions, ensuring 100% compatibility with your current holsters. The system operates via a patented intricate rod containing 3 internal springs that act as a progressive brake during the final 6 to 8 millimeters of the slide’s rearward travel. By keeping the slide from harshly slamming into the frame, it provides flat-shooting muzzle control and faster split times.
- Advanced Fire Control:Drastically reduces muzzle flip and dampens felt recoil for seamless target re-acquisition.
- Fine-Tune Adjustability (Up to 10 Configurations): Included with the sub-assembly are 2 distinct spring plugs (providing heavier or lighter buffering) and up to 5 external flat-wire springs to precisely tune the slide cycle to your preferred ammunition power factor.
- Slide & Frame Protection: Absorbs kinetic shock damage, fundamentally protecting moving parts and increasing the lifespan of the frame.
