1. Scope and validity of the Terms
1.1 These Tactical Shooting Centre OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) e-shop general and ordering terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Terms and Conditions) apply to all persons (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) who use the www.tlk.ee e-shop (hereinafter referred to as the e-shop), order services (hereinafter referred to as the Goods), including by entering into a purchase and sales contract (hereinafter referred to as the Sales Contract) to purchase goods from the e-shop.
By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the Buyer confirms that he/she has read, accepts and complies with the terms and conditions of the Sales Contract.
2. Buying goods and placing an order in your online shop
2.1 In the e-shop, it is possible to purchase those Goods that have a link “Add to cart”. The price of the Goods and the availability of the Goods are subject to change without notice. If the Buyer has placed an order before the price of the Goods has changed, the price valid at the time of the order will apply.
2.2 The Seller has the right to withdraw from the Sales Contract concluded through the e-shop and not to provide the ordered service in the following cases: the Goods are out of stock; the price or the characteristics of the Goods are incorrectly displayed on the e-shop due to a system error.
2.3 Shopping cart and placing an order
2.3.1 The quantity of Goods in the Shopping Cart may be changed. In the shopping cart, it is also possible to select products and services compatible with the selected Goods by clicking on the “Show compatible products” button. 2.2.3. The terms and conditions of purchase of the e-shop can be consulted and, upon acceptance, will be confirmed by ticking the box in front of the terms and conditions.
2.3.2 In order to confirm the order, the Buyer must click on the button “Prepare order” and the Buyer will be redirected to the payment method page, where the appropriate payment method must be selected. The Buyer can also change the payment method at the final stage of the order. The Buyer’s details must be entered and, if desired, the Buyer can register as a Tlk.ee loyal customer. Next, the final choice of payment method for confirming the order and making the purchase appears. The Buyer can choose the payment method and pay for his purchase.
2.3.3 The sales contract shall be deemed to be concluded upon receipt of the amount due according to the confirmation of the order to the bank account of Tactical Shooting Centre OÜ. The outstanding order confirmation shall not be executed by the Seller.
2.4 Payment for goods
2.4.1 You can pay for the Goods via: online banking:
2.4.1.1 Estonia: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay, Liisi ID, Finora Capital, Citadele and Revolut.
2.4.1.2 Latvia: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor and Revolut.
2.4.1.3 Lithuania: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Revolut, Šialiu Bankas and Medicinos Bankas.
2.4.1.4 Finland: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki.
2.4.2 After the payment has been made, the e-shop will send the Buyer an Order Confirmation and an invoice.
2.4.3 All personal data disclosed during the course of visiting the e-shop and making purchases will be treated as confidential information. An encrypted data communication channel with banks ensures the security of the Buyer’s personal data and bank transactions. Representatives of Tactical Shooting Centre OÜ do not have access to the respective encrypted data.
2.5 Delivery and handover of the products
2.5.1 Goods sold on Tlk.ee are electronic. After the payment has been made, we will send you an e-mail (to be entered at the time of purchase), which will allow you to book a convenient time with us.
2.5.2 The time reservation of the ordered service is made on the basis of the paid goods by e-mail to info@tlk.ee or by telephone +372 56 880 888.
2.5.3 The purchased product may be used as a gift, in which case we kindly ask you to inform the recipient of the gift by e-mail info@tlk.ee or by phone +372 56 880 888.
2.5.4 If the Buyer fails to use the Product within the period indicated on the Gift Cards, the Buyer shall be deemed to be in breach of the Sales Contract and not to want the Goods. The Seller has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the Sales Contract.
2.5.5 Gift Cards that have not expired more than 3 months can be used by paying an additional 50% of the full price of the package specified on the Gift Card at the time of realisation.
2.5.6 Gift Cards that have been expired for more than 3 months cannot be redeemed.
2.6 Right of withdrawal
2.6.1 The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days without giving any reason.
- In accordance with the law of obligations, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchased goods within 14 days of placing the order.
- The gift card is valid for 6 months. You need to book your service at least 3 days in advance.
- Reservations can be cancelled 1 day before the booked time, otherwise the gift card will expire.
- To opt out of the service, you must send a request by e-mail to info@tlk.ee and the money will be refunded within 14 working days to the same account from which the transfer came.
2.6.2 The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Buyer has performed the transaction.
2.6.3 In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the Seller of your decision to withdraw from the Sales Contract by a written statement, which must be submitted to the Seller’s representative office or sent by e-mail to info@tlk.ee Contact:

2.6.5 No right of withdrawal
2.6.5.1 There is no right of withdrawal if:

14 days have elapsed since the transaction was executed.
2.6.5.2 The object of the sales contract is the gift card and the unique code provided therein has already been used.
2.6.6 Withdrawal from the sales contract
2.6.6.1 In the event of withdrawal from the Contract, Tactical Shooting Centre OÜ shall return to the Buyer all payments received from the latter pursuant to the Sales Contract, no later than 30 days from the day on which the Seller becomes aware of the Buyer’s decision to withdraw from the Sales Contract.
2.6.6.2 Tactical Shooting Centre Ltd shall make the aforementioned repayments using the same payment method as the Buyer used to make the payment, unless the Buyer has requested a different payment method. No service charge or other charge shall be payable by the Buyer for the refund of such payments.
2.6.6.3 If the Buyer wishes to withdraw from the contract, the purchased service or gift card will be cancelled immediately.
2.7 Cancellation of the sales contract
2.7.1 The Buyer has the right to cancel his order after payment for the Goods. In order to cancel the Sales Contract/Order, the Buyer must send a notice to this effect, together with the Sales Contract number, to the e-mail address info@tlk.ee . A confirmation of the cancellation of the Sales Contract will be sent to the Buyer.
3. Data protection and processing principles
3.1 The Seller shall ensure that the Buyer’s data including. The Buyer shall protect and use the Seller’s personal data in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy. The Buyer confirms that it has read and agrees to the terms of the Privacy Policy. Subject to applicable law and the terms of the Privacy Policy, the Seller, without the consent of the Buyer, is entitled to process data (including personal data) to the extent necessary for the use of the e-shop, the performance of the Sales Agreement or to ensure the performance of the Sales Agreement. In particular, as a consequence of the foregoing, the Seller shall be entitled, without separate consent, to: send the Buyer notifications related to the use of the services of the e-shop, including. For the purpose of providing a better service to Buyers and for the purpose of verifying transactions, to store the order data of the Buyer logged in to the e-shop, including, for a reasonable period of time, those orders which the Buyer did not complete during the session.
3.2 If the Buyer has given consent to the marketing use of the data when entering into the Customer Agreement or otherwise by making a declaration of intent confirming the Buyer’s consent (e.g. in the self-service), the Seller will use the data for the purposes and under the conditions set out in the Privacy Policy, including for the purpose of sending personalised direct marketing, promotional and discount offers for services and goods to the Buyer by electronic means (e.g. by e-mail or SMS).
3.3 The Buyer has the right at any time to withdraw the consent given for the marketing use of the data by sending an e-mail to the Seller to that effect or to opt-out of receiving further direct marketing offers by following the instructions in the direct marketing offer sent to his e-mail address.
3.4 Taktikalise Laskmise keskus OÜ is the controller of personal data.
3.5 Taktikalise Laskmise keskus OÜ shall transfer the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the authorised processor Maksekeskus AS.
4. Liability and dispute settlement
4.1 The Buyer has the right, in case of non-conformity of the Goods with the terms of the contract (the Goods are defective), to file a claim with the Seller within 2 (two) years from the date of delivery of the Goods. The claim must be lodged without delay, but not later than 2 (two) months from the discovery of the defect in the Goods. Upon discovery of a defect, the Buyer shall take reasonable measures to preserve and protect the Goods, including not using the defective Goods if the use of the Goods would further deteriorate the condition of the Goods.
4.2 In case of non-conformity of the Goods with the terms of the Contract, the Buyer may invoke the remedies provided by law, including the right to demand repair or replacement of the Goods or to withdraw from the Sales Contract and return the non-conforming Goods.
4.3 Tactical Shooting Centre Ltd shall not be liable: Deterioration/damage of the Goods due to the Buyer’s fault, defects resulting from irregular use of the Goods, normal physical wear and tear of the Goods in normal use.
4.4 If the Goods are covered by a sales warranty issued by the Seller or the manufacturer, the terms of the warranty will be given to the Buyer in writing with the Goods and/or made available electronically in the e-shop.
4.5 In order to solve any subsequent problems, the Buyer must keep the purchase documents (invoice, contract, etc.) proving that the Goods have been purchased from the Seller’s e-shop. Without proof of sale, the Seller/Supplier may fail to resolve the problem.
4.6 Complaints regarding Goods purchased from the e-shop can be submitted to Tactical Shooting Centre OÜ by e-mail to the following address: info@tlk.ee Complaints will also be accepted in the Tactical Shooting Centre shop, the address of which is given on the website tlk.ee.
4.7 When submitting a claim, the defective Goods must also be submitted. The Seller and the Buyer shall enter into an agreement on the maintenance and repair of the equipment if it is necessary to send the Goods for diagnostics or expert examination to determine the nature and cause of the defect.
4.8 The resolution of defects in the Goods shall be based on the Tactical Shooting Centre OÜ’s terms and conditions for filing complaints, which are an integral part of the Sales Contract and these Terms and Conditions of Purchase and have been approved by the Buyer prior to the conclusion of the Sales Contract.
4.9 The Seller warrants that the Goods sold online comply with the standards in force in the European Union. The circumstances set out in these standards shall not be considered as a defect of the Goods.

4.11 The Buyer has the right to turn to the competent supervisory authority, which is the National Consumer Protection Board at the address Pronksi 12, 10117 Tallinn, e-mail: info@tarbijakaitseamet.ee The Buyer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee to resolve the dispute. The Consumer Disputes Committee has the competence to settle disputes arising from a contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller which the parties have not been able to settle by agreement. 5. Other conditions
5.1 Product images are illustrative.
5.2 Prices and availability of Goods are subject to change without notice. In this case, Tactical Shooting Centre OÜ reserves the right to withdraw from the sale and to return the money to the Buyer’s bank account within a reasonable period of time.
5.3 The E-shop reserves the right to withdraw from the sale if any of the following problems have occurred with the Goods: a human error in entering the price or a technical error in the system (for example, if a EUR 200 suitcase is on sale for EUR 20, this is an obvious error.). Consequently, we expect that the Buyer should understand that this is an error and that the product should not be sold at this price).
5.4 Product information will be regularly checked and improved. The information may have been updated since the Buyer’s last visit. Due to the incompleteness of manufacturers’ data sheets, the product information in the e-shop may contain inaccuracies. In this case, the Tactical Shooting Centre e-shop does not accept any responsibility for the accuracy of the product data. However, we recommend the Buyer to check the accuracy of the product information before making a purchase, if possible, by contacting customer service at 56880888.
6. Validity of the Terms
6.1 These terms and conditions apply from 30.09.2019.
